Return and Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges and refunds if the request is made within seven calendar days from the date the order is received and if it meets the requirements described below. The request must be made via WhatsApp +55 (51) 980 185 066, and must include the document number, order number and reason for the exchange or return.
GENERAL RULES FOR EXCHANGES
- We accept requests to exchange products within seven calendar days after receiving the product;
- The product cannot show signs of use;
- The product must be sent in its original packaging as received;
- The product must be sent with the original invoice;
- The product chosen for exchange will only be sent after the original product of purchase has been received, where it will be verified whether it meets the general rules for exchange;
- A product with a value equal to or greater than the original product may be chosen, and the difference can be paid by bank transfer.
GENERAL RULES FOR RETURNS
- We accept product returns within seven calendar days after receipt of the product;
- The product must not show signs of use;
- The product must be sent in its original packaging as received;
- The product must be sent with the original invoice;
- Regret (withdrawal from the purchase);
- If the product has a manufacturing defect, in this case the product must be returned to the factory and undergo an analysis, after this process and if the defect is found, the amount will be refunded. If no defect is found, the product will be sent to the recipient without prior notice.
PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- Without packaging;
- In open or damaged packaging;
- Packed in bubble wrap;
- With signs of use;
- Products with defects caused by improper use or cleaning;
- Products with signs of perforation by sharp or cutting objects;
- Damage caused by natural wear and tear, poor maintenance, scratches on the heel and toe;
- If the packaging is tampered with, damaged due to weather conditions or damaged at the time of delivery and is still accepted by the recipient and a problem is later found, exchanges or refunds cannot be made.
Cocco Miami does not authorize the replacement or return of products that have been tampered with, repaired or repaired, as this alters the original characteristics of the product, making analysis impossible.
REFUND OF RETURN AMOUNTS
- The deadline for refunding amounts is seven business days after the arrival of the product;
- After requesting a refund and sending the receipt, the responsibility for transferring the amount lies with the card operator. If there is a delay in this transfer, the customer must contact the card operator and check the expected refund date;
- When the payment option is bank slip, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer to the account of the purchase holder;
- The amount to be refunded is always the total purchase amount, including the value of the product and shipping cost. In the case of a partial return, the refund of the shipping cost is proportional to the number of items sent.
