- Where is my order? Delivery takes 15 to 20 days from the day you order. See the Shipping Policy.
- I need a different size. Exchanges are free and unlimited, with a prepaid UPS label both ways. See Returns & Exchanges.
- What size am I? Our shoes run true to size. Every product page has a Size Chart in centimeters and inches.
- Will I pay customs? No. We cover all import duties and customs fees.
