Accessibility at Cocco Miami

We want every customer to be able to browse, choose and buy a pair of shoes on this site — including customers who use a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification or any other assistive technology. This page explains where we stand and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

The standard we work toward

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our reference. These guidelines are the international benchmark for accessible web content, built on four principles:

  • Perceivable — information and interface components must be presentable in ways people can perceive.
  • Operable — interface components and navigation must be operable.
  • Understandable — information and the operation of the interface must be understandable.
  • Robust — content must be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.

We have not completed a formal third-party audit of this site, so we do not claim full conformance. We treat accessibility as ongoing work: as we update the store, we test what we change and correct what we find.

What we do today

Our product pages lean on photography, so we make sure the information in a photo is also written in text. Every product page states the color, the material, and the exact heel and platform height in centimeters and inches, along with a full Size Chart — you should never have to see an image to know what you are buying.

If you find a page where that is not true, please tell us. Reports from customers are the fastest way we find real problems.

If part of the site is not working for you, we will give you the same information another way and, if you prefer, help you complete the whole order by email — size and fit guidance, payment, delivery and returns included.
