Shipping

Every pair is made in Brazil and ships directly from our atelier to your door.

Shipping rates

Free on orders over $399. On smaller orders, shipping is $10, $15, or $20 depending on the weight of your order. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

15 to 20 days from the day you place your order. Your pair is made after you order it: production takes around 10 days, and the remaining days are transit from our atelier in Brazil to your door. Orders placed on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day.

Duties and customs — already paid

Your shoes travel from Brazil, and we cover all import duties and customs fees. There is nothing to pay on delivery: the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no surprise invoice from the carrier.

Tracking

Because your shoes are made to order, the tracking number is issued when your pair is finished and handed to the carrier — in practice, around 10 days after you order. Between the order confirmation and that email you will not hear from us: nothing is wrong, your pair is being made.

Once it ships, the remaining days are transit. If your tracking has not moved for several days after the shipping confirmation, please write to us.

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delays

Customs clearance and weather can occasionally add a few days. If your order passes 20 days without arriving, email info@coccomiami.com with your order number and we will trace it with UPS.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. If you spot a mistake, write to info@coccomiami.com right away — we can usually correct it before the order ships.
